Our journey began in 2007 when we partnered with Karl E Brinkmann gmbh (now KEB Automation KG) for importing and selling AC drives in India. In 2012, we extended our partnership with KEB by forging a manufacturing alliance, and have been assembling AC drives having capacity ranging from 15-900KW for India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
We have also set up a world class service center to repair AC drives supplied to our customers as well as drives supplied by KEB to global OEMs. Presently, we support an installed base of around 18,000-20,000 drives in India.
Over the years, we have learnt about developing high-end and new applications, offering end-to-end automation solutions to customers, setting up manufacturing facilities for producing drives locally in line with German standards.
Our drives facility at Airoli, Navi Mumbai is a modern IS0 9001-2008 compliant plant for assembly and testing of part of the Combivert F5 range of KEB drives. Electronic cards are sourced from KEB Germany, and other parts from KEB approved vendors across the world. Our manufacturing and testing facility and processes are audited and approved by KEB, and our people are trained by KEB experts on an ongoing basis. The set-up is state of art and enables us to deliver a German quality product, but “Made in India”.
With KEB Combivert, frequency inverter solutions in three technical designs are combined in a single product for optimal use of resources and materials, minimum expense in design and implementation of applications and practical structures in application. Simplicity of handling and versatility of features were, in the past, often mutually contradictory in nature. Now, the CP-Mode in the KEB Combivert comes with comfortable user handling features. The KEB Combivert F5 is the world’s first drive generation to have a fully programmable user interface.
The frequency inverter solutions are categorized into Basic, Compact and Multi basis their technical designs.
The Basic range of F5 series of AC drives covers ratings from 0.37 up to 15KW. These are the new class of compact, functional and economical AC drives used in India. The new frequency inverter class can be used for simple to sophisticated tasks throughout the mechanical engineering sector.
