Projects Division commissions substation for BARC

Our Projects Division recently completed a major project awarded by the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) for their Tarapur 33kV substation.

The scope of the project included design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment, primarily of BB-make, with 2 Nos. 20/25 MVA Power Transformers with HVWS Systems and 2 Nos. 2.5MVA Dry Type Transformers along with the associated HT & LT panels, bus ducts, cabling, etc.

We completed the project on schedule and to the satisfaction of BARC, who successfully commissioned the 33kV substation in the last week of October 2021.
