Bharat Bijlee showcased its Drives and Automation products and system-building capabilities at Automation 2010 - Asia’s premier exhibition for automation technologies – which was held in Mumbai between September 21st and 24th, 2010.

AUTOMATION 2010

The 130 sq. m. stall, attracted over 1500 visitors: customers, dealers, business partners and students, and offered an opportunity for application-specific technical presentations to new clients.

The K.E.B. intelligent controller C6 was introduced during the exhibition, and a live demo of a wire drawing machine (with C6 Controller and HMI, F5 AC Drives for 4 stations, and Bharat Bijlee inverter duty motors) – attracted significant interest.

Industrial blue tooth technology was also on display with a live model of two cranes working in tandem in perfect synchronization.

Also displayed was a wire stripping, cutting and lugging machine - based on the C5 multi-axis platform and K.E.B. servo-drives.

The stall was formally inaugurated by Mr. T. M. Anklesaria, Vice President for Motors and Drives.
