Our motors are part of nation-building project on water desalination

In November, we despatched a first 11kV motor to a leading manufacturer of pumps and pumping systems. This is part of an order for ten 11kV 450 frame motors we will supplied to the customer in December. We will be supplying a further 12 motors to them.

These motors are for the 100 MLD GIDC water desalination plant in Dahej, Gujarat, the largest desalination plant in India for industrial applications. The SWRO plant will supply water to petroleum and chemical industries via GIDC’s Galenda reservoir.

Desalination is a future source of water, making this a project of national importance; the project will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister on December 25th, 2021.
