Our Flameproof Motors are now IECEx certified!

We have received the IECEx Certificate of Conformity under the IEC Certification Scheme for Explosive Atmospheres from SGS BASEEFA.

The certification covers a wide range of our flameproof motors from 0.55 kW to 210 kW in 2, 4, 6 and 8 pole, and efficiency classes IE2/IE3/IE4.

The very rigorous certification process entailed submission of details, modification of components, testing of samples at a BASEEFA nominated Test Laboratory, and a factory audit by BASEEFA. We were able to complete the process in a remarkably short time; the certification is recognized and accepted worldwide, and can be viewed on the IECEx website.
