Bhadresh Dani, VP – Drives & Automation, was invited to participate in a panel discussion at Milacron’s 19th Strategic Partners Meet, held on 6th December 2019 at the Ahmedabad Management Association.
The topic of the panel discussion was “Getting Future Ready”; it centred on the steps organisations must take to not only survive, but also thrive in these rapidly evolving times. It aimed at tackling issues around how the changing market conditions and the convenience of choice afforded to the customer are compelling organisations to ponder on the most suitable survival strategy.
Mr Dani specifically focused on how organisations today need to formulate key business strategies to build their brand, both locally and globally. He also cited examples of some of the initiatives we have undertaken at Bharat Bijlee to ensure that as a brand we resonate with our customers and their evolving business needs.
The other panel members included Dr. Malay Mahadevia, Director – Adani Ports & SEZ; Jhankar Dutta, MD – B&R Controls; and Mukta Kulkarni, Partner – Kamal Castings. The panel discussion was moderated by Shirish Divgi, MD – Milacron Plastic Machinery Asia.
