Our First 11 KV Motors

Our Motors division delivered their first 11 kV motors, an order of 2 nos. 350 KW 4P, to the Indian unit of a leading German-based pump manufacturer for a major power project.

The customer was founded in 1860 and is Germany’s oldest pump manufacturer. Today, they are the technology leader in fluid handling solutions for shipbuilding, power generation and special industrial applications.

This rating is typically offered in Frame 450, but we have supplied compact, energy efficient motors in Frame 400. The motors were type tested at 6.6 kV with Delta connection, equivalent to 11 kV in Star.
