Since 2007, Bharat Bijlee has maintained an exclusive technology partnership with KEB Automation, Germany, for manufacture and supply of Variable Speed AC VFDs, Servo Drives, Geared Servo Motors, and Multi-Axis Motion Controllers. This collaboration enables the company to assemble and distribute F6 Drives, ranging from 11-450kW, across industries such as Plastics, Metal, Textile, Machine Tools, Printing & Packaging, and Electric Vehicles, seamlessly handling even the most complex applications.

We offer KEB Servo Drives up to 7.5kW under the S6 series, imported directly from KEB.

For E-mobility, we assemble and offer KEB T6 Auxiliary Drives, with applications in electric buses and electric trucks.

Bharat Bijlee has been instrumental in bringing these globally trusted solutions to the Indian manufacturers. We have delivered 17,000+ servo packages over the past 17 years with KEB servo drives. These include 4,000+ packages with the indigenously manufactured SynchroTorq® range of Permanent Magnet (PM) Servo Motors.

The SynchroTorq® range of Permanent Magnet Servo Motor (with class H insulation and CE approval) is indigenously developed, and we offer a complete package consisting of PM Servo Motor and KEB Servo Drive, along with accessories.

The package offers energy savings in Plastic Injection & Blow Moulding machines, Hydraulic Press machines, Aluminium Pressure Die casting machines, etc.

KEB Drives, with a proven power-off functions, find application in Textile machine ring frame, draw frame and TFO machines, which prevents thread breakage during power disruption. A complete package of KEB drives, along with the Direct Drive PM Torque Motor, is offered for Textile stenter machine for energy savings. The Servo Package is also offered for Textile Flat Bed Printing machines, Jigger Dyeing machine, Combing machine, Weaving machine, among others.

The KEB drive package can also be offered for Rotogravure & Flexographic Printing machines; Plastic Laminating & Calendaring machines; Food, Pharma and NC Cutter Packaging machines; Plastic Thermoforming; Plastic Pipe, Plastic Film Extrusion machines; Paper Machinery; Woodworking machines; Metal CTL; Metal Flying Shear; Metal Start-Stop Shear; Servo Shifter in Metal Rolling Mills; Metal Pilger Mills; Metal Pipe Cutting machines; Metal Wire Drawing machines; Yaw & Pitch Control in Wind Turbine; etc., where precise & accurate torque, speed and position control is required with excellent repeatability and dynamic response.

KEB Drives are well accepted for Hoist & CT/LT control in EOT/Tower Crane applications.

We provide complete automation solution for Test Bench applications for brake, gear box, pump, valve, and motor testing.

KEB high frequency drives, along with sinus filters and with output frequency up to 2000 Hz, are also highly preferred in Machine Tools & SPM for driving high speed spindle motors with speeds up to 120,000 RPM, all with excellent stability.

The high frequency KEB drives with sinus filters are also offered for energy savings in high speed turbo blowers and turbo compressors.

Besides KEB drives, we also offer a complete automation solution for machine automation, along with KEB Multiaxis C6 Programmable Motion Controllers with I/Os, PLC, HMI, Router and Industry 4.0 IIoT solutions.
