We are honoured with Maharashtra Best Employer Brand Awards 2019 in Mumbai

We have been conferred with the Maharashtra Best Employer Brand Awards 2019, jointly hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress, and Stars of the Industry Group. Mr Pravin Gharlute, Vice President – Human Resources, accepted the award on behalf of the company on July 05th 2019 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai.

The Maharashtra Best Employer Brand Awards, chaired and headed by Dr Indira Parikh, Ex-Dean of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), recognise organisations that make effective use of marketing communication to attract, retain and develop talent, as well as leverage these communication practices in their retention policies

The Maharashtra Best Employer Brand Awards 2019 recognised top organisations from across the state of Maharashtra, with exemplary HR practices and effective use of marketing communication for Human Resources development.

Some of the key criteria assessed consisted of

• Translating and combining vision with action with HR strategy
• Building line to mesh HR strategy with business
• Cultivating competencies for the future to enable building the organisation to be future-ready
