Our SynchroVERT® IE5 motor exhibited at UNIDO’s ‘National Innovation Conclave on Low-Carbon Technologies’

On March 1st 2022, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) organized a conclave and an exhibition at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. Titled “National Innovation Conclave on Low-Carbon Technologies”, the event was in commemoration of the 20th Foundation Day of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE). Mr R K Singh, Cabinet Minister for Power and New & Renewable Energy, Government of India, was the chief guest at the event.

At the exhibition, winners of UNIDO’s FLCTD (Facility for Low Carbon Technology Deployment) innovation challenge including us (read the full story here), were given the opportunity to showcase their unique technology developed or being developed with support from UNIDO. We displayed the winning prototype of our SynchroVERT® IE5 motor, which delivers considerable energy savings over standard, IE2 and IE3 motors.

Mr. Anil Agrawal - Additional Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) and Mr. Abhay Bakre – Director General, BEE, visited our booth and lauded our IE5 innovation.
