Vinod Gurnani, VP – IT and Management Services, presented at the Field Service Management Summit 2019, held in Mumbai from 9th – 10th December 2019.
Organised by Inventicon Business Intelligence, the two-day summit saw a panel of distinguished speakers shed light on different aspects of service management at the workplace.
The audience consisted of over 100 senior executives, including Heads of Service of leading organisations in the country.
Mr Gurnani’s session, ‘A Journey – Field Service at Bharat Bijlee’ focused on the evolution of field service in our organisation, specifically in our Industrial Systems segment. He spoke of our service delivery structure, metrics and their measurement, and how our ServiceLINE™ desk established in 2017 has improved the efficacy of service. The audience appreciated Mr Gurnani’s presentation since it aptly described ground realities.
