Motors up to frame 355 – capacity 1million KW per annum

Mr. Jaisingh R Danani, our Senior Director, inaugurated the Large Motor factory on 5th May, 2007. With this expansion the Motor Division’s capacity will increase to 1 million KW per annum. The expansion uses the space of the erstwhile elevator factory.

The 5000 sqm large motor factory has a linear work flow from machine shop to winding to assembly and to packing and finished goods store. There are significant improvements in material handling, ventilation systems and lighting. New flooring and painting of machines create congenial working conditions.

Mr. J R Danani, the architect of the motor factory, who had nurtured the business from its humble beginnings at the Kings’ Circle factory, was delighted to see the transformation.
