Bharat Bijlee’s Elevator Systems Division Renamed To Magnet Technology Machines Division

Bharat Bijlee’s Elevator Systems Division has been renamed as Magnet Technology Machines division. There are increasing opportunities to leverage our competencies in Permanent Magnet motor technology in applications beyond elevator machines. Hence, it was decided to change the name of the division in line with our vision and strategy to address a larger market.

Additionally, the Magnet Technology Machines (MTM) division has been certified ISO 9001:2008 for the complete scope of Design, Development, Manufacture and Supply of Gearless Machines and Diverters, including After-Sales Service and Application Support.

The assessment was done by TUV Nord and the certification is valid until September 2018. The ISO certification is a testimony to our commitment to provide the highest quality of products and services to our customers. We continue to ensure strict adherence to processes in all aspects of business.
